How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Standard shipping is free on every US order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page.

Do you offer bundle discounts?

Yes. Add 2 or more grooming items to your cart and 15% is taken off automatically at checkout.

Do you have a first-order discount?

Yes. Use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order. Discounts can't be combined.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging, or defective items, within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you instructions.

Are your tools suitable for cats and dogs?

Yes. Our grooming tools are made for both cats and dogs. Check each product description to see which coat types it works best with.
