Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

After your order ships, it usually arrives within 3–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of purchase, email us at support@shopgroomlypet.com with your order number and we will help.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the address.
